I'me part of the Ivalua journey, from more than 8 years now, I can't imagine working somewhere else. I'm really commited to the company and doing everything I can to help in my position. Proud to have a global one! Having a better compensation would show me I have value.

cf all my rates: good but big problem in the french RUN team that's not taken into account from years. We're loosing people almost every month. Let's see how the new FRdirector can help, but lots of people have lost faith in the RUN director. + processes unfollowed in the RUN + R&D -> quality pb

low salary for people who are there for a very long time the annual compensation isn't enough in that case. I'm lacking at lest 15% compared to peers in other companies + to other people at Ivalua that are expert, but with no responsability such as management and team results
