
It's been fantastic being part of the growth of Ivalua these past few years, witnessing the organization adjusting to the challenges faced (Covid, GenAI, competition,..etc). It is sometimes a rollercoaster journey, but that's what makes the experience memorable.

The way our leadership team quickly reacts to events (internal or external), either addressing internal process issues (implementing tasforces, tools, reorgs..) or changing mindsets / strategies to tackle opportunities (AI, markets,...) We are growing but remain agile, thanks to ours leaders support
Work hard, play hard is our motto: we care and are proud of what we are achieving on the market, but Ivalua knows it and offers a great environment to work in (fun activities, lunch events, video game competitions, offices with music instruments, company offsites in Punta Cana, Marbella...)
The team spirit: we are working in a fast-paced environment and we all went through some tough times trying to manage crisis situations, and we were all supported multiple times by other employees who had already a lot on their plates. "Care and grow" is a key Ivalua value.
