7 years and counting, I enjoy my work and the people I work with mostly. My marketing management team has been very supportive and encouraging on the work I do. The team members are also very collaborative.

In general, a rather conservative environment but in a good way. With the pandemic, the company listened to the employees for feedback and made adjustments to the way we work.

Conservative when it comes to spending - we spend our funds wisely. I also like the fact that you can communicate directly with the executive management team. Everyone is friendly.

The people and the work challenges. I am glad that I have a very supportive direct manager and skip level manager who take time to listen to my challenges, provide advice on what it takes to move the projects/assignments.

Our team recruits people who are good and experienced in their field, can't say the same for other departments. My co-workers take accountability for their work and they are creative, responsive and passionate in their work. I enjoy the collaboration within the team.
