The share of commission could be higher, the pension contribution is terrible and the company should offer perks such as discounts for shops, restaurants, gyms, etc.
My immediate leadership team care about me as a person and as an employee. I feel empowered to make decisions and to make suggestions on potential areas for improvement. I feel that my immediate leadership team is honest with me and that I can be honest with them.
