Ivalua knows how to grow there people. I am working at Ivalua for over 4 years, I already got promoted once and I will probably be promoted again at the end of the year. The team is really dedicated to Ivalua's success and there is a strong collaborative mindset among the different departments.

I joined 6 years ago and the company has grown tremendously since then. My scope of responsibility has expend from EMEA, then adding APAC and then AMER, so my role is global now. I felt I have grown a lot and I feel grateful to my manager to have received additional responsibilities over the years.

In addition, they seem to get along very well and to genuinely enjoy working together which create great dynamic.
