Possitive reinforcement , and helping employees grow
The mission statement mentions how it values its customers and offers empathy with each encounter. Over the years, I have experienced policy based upon corporate greed & snobbish management. Their competitors have fair policies offered by friendly management, & practical multiple payment options.
Good life balance but pay is horrible for managers and too much work ! Commuication is lacking from Coorporate since new CEO came in .

How flexible is your work schedule at J.Jill?
Not at all. HQ employees are required to be at work btwn 8:30 & 5:30, but often must work late without prior notice
