What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful concerning product. Example, colors, fabrics styles, etc.
She is fair, epithetic and friendly.
Very approachable and hands on
They are supportive, but overworked too.
Flexible and very understanding. They also know life happens and work with anything that might come up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Delegation to associates at lower levels of the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ease of taking time off when needed
Actual I am not full time but the discounts and special deals are amazing and not at all expected,!
Medical benefits were superior to other retailers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company used to understand the we are here to get paid not for pizza parties, we are treated like numbers not people
What are some of the best things about your team?
The respect we have for our store
We work well together. I am able to ask questions and be involved in the day to day tasks. Everyone is approachable.
We are like family and its the best part of my day when i come into the store!
Great team, all undervalued. Attentive to customer service.
Everyone for the most part is there to do the job to their best of their ability and not do high school drama
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More collaborative meeting and input from others on the team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The honesty and transparency of the company
Customers are friendly and appreciative of the feedback on their clothing choices. I always know what is expected of me on my shift.
The staff is lovely- so positive and helpful
Teamwork, genuine care and concern for each other and a single- minded focus on our mutual goal

More leaders that care about a progress work place
