
Work with the unions to improve employee satisfaction and then I’ll feel more motivated to build this system. I feel like I am very loyal but lately I’m wondering why. Or do I stay here because I am scared of the healthcare problems and KP feels safe.
A few ideas: Less political. Less heirarchial. Don't be so penny wise that you lose dollars. Let people do the work they are qualified to do. Less micromanaging. The way it's always been done isn't necessarily best practice.
Some departments receive better perks and engagement events. At least hide this fact if it’s not going to be equitable.
I would make it easier to set up meetings, and get rid of "Kaiser time"
HR policy and job code guidelines are hopelessly out of step w reality.
More integrated shared services between the different KP entities .

More charge nurses instead of asst nurse managers
