I am proud of our CEO; however I don’t know him - not that I expect to. I am glad that every level of leadership in my region has come to my clinic to talk with us. I still feel disconnected because of my union but that is not KP or KPWA fault. I guess what I would like better is that as KPWA continues to evolve that we take the best things from other regions and adopt them as well.

Bernard is the best CEO I've ever worked for. He truly cares for the company and believes strongly in the mission of affordable, quality healthcare for our members and to serve our communities.

CEO is trying to manage the health care crisis in this country which is great, but I don’t feel cared for or particularly valued as an employee
