Depends upon your manager, but mostly good. KP encourages employees to stay healthy, and part of that requires good work/life balance.
Good , but this health care so issues around balance are more related to the industry than the organization.
Very generous vacation benefits. Telecommuting policy, however is stuck in the 1990s though. Union mentality prevents much customization.
Kaiser does not promote a work life balance. It is not part of the company plan.
Pretty good. It can vary by team/department, but I have had very positive experiences.
