accrue 3 pto hours per pay period for new FT employees and max out at 6 pro hours per pay period after 6 years with the company

It's very good. I have been able to accrue many hours of PTO and sick leave, and folks are encouraged to use their days off.

Extremely generous. I'm at 9 years and get 32 days PTO + 4 FH / year. I'm unrepresented (non-union).
