
On the office side, not very. They are extremely slow to drop outdated software from the working process, rely on archaic annual reviews for compensation, etc. On the medical side, from what I've observed, it's the opposite. New facilities with fancy tools are opening regularly.
Compared to other health care orgs, very. Gotta remember that doctors are adverse to change because they don’t want to jealordize patient safety.
They are trying. For quite sometime I have felt listened to for new ideas but I also feel their is a CYA attitude
Progressively innovative. The organization is working to hardwire a speakup culture. A current initiative is: “CHALLENGE POSSIBLE- Do What Can’t Be Done”
