Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Kaiser Permanente?

You will have multiple interviews with multiple managers. And it can take days, weeks, or (in my case) months before a final decision might be made. Sometimes this happens because they will be filling multiple roles and passing good candidates around to see who is a good fit for what, it doesn't necessarily mean they didn't like you if you don't hear from them right away.

I met with the health plan - clinic manager and therapists; I had to ask to meet with medical group though I’d be working directly with them more.
