
No retirement matching. Health benefits are expensive and limited compared to other companies in my area. Stock appears to be a one and done upon hire (for some employees) with no transparence on options for future stock possibilities.
I find the majority of my direct leadership and executive teams to be really great to work with. They care about their employees and are engaged with meeting client needs while trying to maintain employee satisfaction. No one is perfect, and some do it better than others, but I believe they try.
