Nothing is going wrong necessarily. Now that we are part of Graham and no longer a public-facing company, it makes it a less exciting dynamic, and the future of where Leaf is headed is still unclear.
Have a true long term vision for what Leaf Group is striving to be. Since I've joined the company three years ago, there has been minimal change or any real strategy applied to growing this business, other than selling off the entire company to Graham.
Given the size of the team that I manage, the daily responsibilities, attention to detail, level of effort, coordination with business units, and technical background required to perform successfully in my position, I don't feel that the company truly values everything that goes into the role.
