
everybody is always available to reach out to ask for help or to chat.
Everyone is willing to explain and colaborate to achieve their goals, even when outside of my team.
Reduce number of unneccessary meetings, sometimes it just feels like they are doing a 'status report' because they are obliged. And I don't feel that they'fight' for their employees and will accept anything the client says without arguing
I believe there should be a more 'transparent' way to see what does it take to get raises and promotions. It seems like, if we never ask, there will never be a raise even with constant positive reviews from the client and the manager.
