I love working for Level Access
Working in accessibility takes a certain type of person. A person who likes to help people. The model of work at Level Access takes advantage and abuses this. Utilization is the number of hours that someone needs to bill in a quarter. Unfortunately the "Unlimited" FTO that is offered is anything but
Quit retroactively apologizing for your bad ideas, and instead get ideas from your actual employees. The top-down 'father knows best' mentality of the entire executive team belongs in the 1960's.
I love the work but dislike the workplace. Parts of the company are so disorganized that I sometimes can't believe we're still in business. The culture is top-down almost to the point of being patronizing. Job functions and expectations are not well defined.
