Too understaffed to provide good customer service.
Everyone works very hard (area managers and below) and is a team.
Incentives should be paid out timely and without subtracting for things beyond our control.
Taking care of patients and getting good feedback from patients and referral sources. Very little positive feed black from upper management.
Treat employees with respect and loyalty. Everyone would work harder if they felt appreciated and more than just a number. Tell people you appreciate their hard work and tell them good job once in a while, but just what they are doing wrong or what isn?
