
There is a sense that leadership does not care about the team and have a “everyone is replaceable” attitude. Managers and specifically the leadership team do not celebrate team or individual wins.
Openly communicate and be honest. Their lack of honesty has become transparent to the team causing everyone to stop listening. As challenging as it can be, leadership needs to get rid of dead weight starting at the top.
It needs to start at the top. The leadership team needs to communicate a clear direction and stick to that direction. Getting rid of legacy employees that add little to no value would go a long way as well.
