Getting GMs and OMs that can do their job instead of using favoritism. Promote within instead of hiring people outside of Loves to run Loves. Treat employees with respect and dignity and not as a robotic tool to make profit.
I've seen management and corporate managers keeping their quarterly bonuses but the corporation removed what they gave employees. Bring back the Hearts of Love. It isn't much but it shows at least some recognition to those that make you your money.
