
Glen is a wonderful leader and is very personable. He will show up t have lunch with differnt folks from time to time to just see whats really going on. You don't feel scared to tell him what you challenges are but you need to be focused on a CEO view of the company; not personal issues that should be handle on your team. The company is spread across several states so some folks never get a chance to see Glen but he does make visits around to our offices to try and reach others. Just a great leaders overall and will be missed when he retires.
Glen Post is a really nice / funny guy. His time is past its time to move on your RICH go Golfing, fishing or Travel the world. The customer feedback CZAR is nonexistent for most departments. This another reason the stock is crashing daily 2016 / 2017. Treating good Field Operational employees badly is NOT a good model for success.
The current CEO seems to be interested in the well being of the employees, but either doesn't know how to run an RBOC or doesn't seem to care.
he is honest and a good christen. He has a plan for expansion buying companies that are competitors
Most do not like him. But he is retiring in a few months. To aggressive in buying businesses
Nothing good he is guting the company and giving nothing back to the employees
They think he is trash!
