
There is NONE its called FPTO ! Operations Management & Exempt employees - You have to ask your Manager if you go on vacation and they can say NO we are under staffed. Unless your in the Union then your protected then your have vacation but it can change for the needs of the customers again under staffed.
many positions were put to a "flexible time off" rather than earned vacation this year. This means we aren't required to take vacation and have none if we are laid off. I don't like this policy
Stinks got to pick your vacations a year in advance and people moving vacations around so much n first come first serve seniority violations right n left
20 years service earns me 4 weeks vacation and 8 personal days per year. Pretty good policy.
