
Our metrics are being used against us every month. They have basically created a harassment tool with the monthly link 2 success. If you forget to email or call the manager with any of their monthly hoops you need to jump through, they will give you a written warning. To many writtens will be a termination. Hopefully level 3 will clean house. What is more important? Customers or metrics? Management seems to think employee metrics trump customers installs or repairs.
They use metrics to threaten your job that as a tech You have little to no control over.They don't care at all about the customer and it has destroyed the morale with the employees. The ONLY good thing about centurylink/Lumen is the Pay is good
