CenturyLink reduced the sales quota but due to lack of investment and vision and increased competition from cables companies morale is low with most agents reporting reduced income and increased pressure to perform.

What morale there isn't any. Everybody has to act happy or you get in trouble so no one would ever know unless you're talking on a side chat that the morale is low.
