
Not really good, majority of supervisors being there forever. There are opportunities that open here and there on some other departments but company refuses to compensate fairly for candidates willing to move to different departments.
Terrible and the company plan is horrible. You are most likely to end over 100% of quota and end up owing the company over $40k
