2 on our team and no. The management team is pretty bad. No women or minority managers in our region. CenturyLink is a great place for women who have no aspirations for promotions or significant income potential. If you are happy to stay where you are, make little money, take whatever small raises they give you, and never complain while doing miserable work, then you will survive at CenturyLink.
