
Incentives are great. It really helps with retention.

Training seems to be taken more seriously since it was brought to attention. These surveys are working.
Sometimes the night shift associates cant' make it to the company meetings. So, in bringing the the team members closer, I suggested a potluck. It was successful and did bring us together. Suggestions are always welcomed.
