
Proper compensation. Management needs to understand employees job responsibilities and be more responsive to employee/customer needs.
New employees make more than I make with less skills. Starting cashiers make $11.50 and I make only $11.25 per hour. Compensation that matches job responsibility.
Management does not value employees. Employee compensation is not based on qualifications and job skills, and length of service. Management does not try to retain employees by compensating them appropriately. Fleet Farm leadership looks towards profits and cost reduction only.
