
It depends on your department. Most require you to be in one of the offices most of the time, and they will likely only allow you to work from home for emergencies, bad weather, or another "Approved" reason. "Manager discretion" is also a factor here. I would not accept a position at Mitel presuming you will be able to work from home most, or all of the time.
Some remote opportunities. You would think that since Mitel is a collaboration and communications company they would use their own products to enhance work-from-anywhere. Still struggling with " I've got to see you in the office so I know you're working" mentality.
Subjective...some folks have the option while the majority must be in the office. Ironic for a company that develops communication systems that are meant for remote/mobile companies.
