They care about you as a person and will work with you when you have life events that happen unexpectedly.
They need to be accountable and do their job every day. Sometimes it feels as if the best workers get more work put on them, while others get away with not doing as much. This makes the good workers feel burned out and leave the company.
As previously stated, you get burned out fast because you get more work put on you if you are a great performer. If you are great on the phone you will be in the queue more than others, or the others will find a way to get off the queue and you will be in the queue alone.
