Its a good company for a junior to mid level engineer to start working and grow but not good enough for really experienced engineers to make some long lasting and valuable impact. A very senior engineer wont be able to add anything to their resume even after a year.

Some of the benefits advertised are currently halted and there are no guarantees they will be restarted again. The rest are pretty standard and not very different than other companies. Infact other companies actually provide more benefits.

The social culture is actually really good. The engineering culture, not so much. The culture is based on doing projects in a way that get something out quickest possible way, doesnt matter if it is dirty or will cause massive problems later. Get out quick and get it out to prod.
