i love my Sydney co-workers, we all work the same and have the same ideas of how things should be done and processed. we also all have the same level of standards for our clients.

the communcation. being told one thing, and then something else happens i feel like the agents are just exprect to be the brunt of the company yet everyone higher UP GETS THE BENEFITS. it just is not fair.

communication, i feel like there is a lot left out and not told down to the agents, and as being an experienced agent i feel like i could do alot more here at this company but am not being used to my full potential

I feel like the level of my standards, i am not being paid what i should be or given more benefits and having some of them taken of us, I feel like one rule for US agents and another for everyone else, it just should not be this way, given we are a higher level staff
