
Culture is very old, Needs to modernize
The leadership keep talking about engagement, but nothing really happens to improve anything
The bureaucracy like IT and procurement, and outdated work culture is really demotivating
They're friendly, probably because of survivor syndrome. But in general they are not really motivated
The company is always reducing benefits, and common office perks (like coffee, or even stationary) do not exist.
The leadership is not in tune with the industry. They think they are competing with other contractors, but really it's the rest of tech ind.
