Solving problems for people I support and the fact that I can do my job from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
The majority of them are smart and work hard. They're team players and answer phone calls and emails when I have a question. Like most companies, we have a couple of clueless do-nothings, but that's the exception to the rule and doesn't reflect the quality of people I interface with.
Include individual contributors in planning. My group supports a lot of people and we are never included in plans to re-organize or take on particular projects. We find about it when it is announced and are caught off-guard. It makes us look like idiots because we're not ready to support the change.
For the amount of responsibility I have there should be at least 2 people in my role. People I do work for recognize this ("how do you do it all?") but management doesn't. I don't like the fact they are now paying bonuses once a year rather than bi-annually. They use it to try to keep people.
