Continuing to build my reputation and grow my book of business.
Unlimited PTO! Healthcare is OK but all of the other benefits out-weigh this.
Unlimited PTO which comes after hitting certain goals, but is a great perk!
My amazing bosses. And goals we get to look forward to achieving together
We have the best leadership team. Again, they just want to see us happy!
They deeply care about me as a person. I am not just a number to them
The Unlimited PTO for top performers. Medical costs arent great but PTO make up for is.
We are all competitive but also a big family. We all like to each other win.
Provide autonomy to allow us to do the best job possible and trust us. They also support us!
Culture is phenomenal. We are all competitive with ourselves and can lean on each other if something doesn't go correctly.
We have incredible managers who are extremely supportive and upbeat/positive. It makes our tough days that much easier to get through
Their fun, positive, and funny demeanors! They make a hard job that much better. They are cheerleaders for each one of us.
We are all a family! Even though we are different we all want the same things for each other (to be successful)
They include parking and cover your cell phone bill. Also, the commission structure here is the most competitive one I have ever seen!
Unlimited PTO! And the trips we get to go on when we meet certain goals. They make for some of the best work memories ever
Extremely supportive. And each of our managers are very different, so they compliment each other well. And this variety allows for us to be supported better.
They do not micromanage but will always be there if we need them. They are incredibly positive, supportive, and are the reason why our turnover is so low .
At Optomi, culture and values are EVERYTHING to the leaders here. All they want is for everyone to be a big family and give back to their community every day.
As previously mentioned, everyone is very supportive with each other but we also hold each other accountable. We are huge on culture and all get together frequently for events, volunteering, etc.
Knowing I have one of the best bosses in the entire world (I followed him to Optomi). He is so supportive and caring. He is a dime a dozen when it comes to bosses.
I have a lot of autonomy and my managers believe in me.. which means I want to do the best I can possible every day. I also like being a part of my team's success.
We are paid very well on our commissions (better than most recruiting firms). Also, I now have unlimited PTO and the ability to work 100% remote forever due to exceeding my expectations for the year .
Everyone is extremely competitive yet supportive of each other. The competition has allowed us to grow and be successful but the support allows us to get through any tough times (inevitable to deal with during sales)
We are one big family. Everyone here is very different but somehow, all of our personalities still work well together and everybody wants to be successful. There is a lot of drive and passion on my team!
Interacting with my leadership and colleagues is what I look forward to. Also, the work you put into this job is what you get out of it from a compensation perspective which is rare in most placed.
Outside of some things I've already mentioned, my company does a really good job with throwing culture events and celebrating our successes. We do a lot of things as a team as well as a company multiple times per year.
We are always giving back to the community. Our biggest focus is to provide meals for food insecure children after each consultant we place BUT we also volunteer at a non-profit at least once a quarter and every year on Optomi's birthday!
Because leadership and culture comes from the top, all of my colleagues are also very positive and supportive. Everyone is competitive but also enjoy to cheer others on when they do well. Work hard play hard is a good way to sub everyone up.
Everyone gets along so well. We hire only the best people and although we all operate very differently (which is why we have been so successful as an organization) we also have similarities that bring up together and that's because we all want to see each other succeed .
