As previously mentioned, everyone is very supportive with each other but we also hold each other accountable. We are huge on culture and all get together frequently for events, volunteering, etc.

Knowing I have one of the best bosses in the entire world (I followed him to Optomi). He is so supportive and caring. He is a dime a dozen when it comes to bosses.

I have a lot of autonomy and my managers believe in me.. which means I want to do the best I can possible every day. I also like being a part of my team's success.

We are paid very well on our commissions (better than most recruiting firms). Also, I now have unlimited PTO and the ability to work 100% remote forever due to exceeding my expectations for the year .

Everyone is extremely competitive yet supportive of each other. The competition has allowed us to grow and be successful but the support allows us to get through any tough times (inevitable to deal with during sales)

We are one big family. Everyone here is very different but somehow, all of our personalities still work well together and everybody wants to be successful. There is a lot of drive and passion on my team!

Outside of some things I've already mentioned, my company does a really good job with throwing culture events and celebrating our successes. We do a lot of things as a team as well as a company multiple times per year.

We are always giving back to the community. Our biggest focus is to provide meals for food insecure children after each consultant we place BUT we also volunteer at a non-profit at least once a quarter and every year on Optomi's birthday!

Because leadership and culture comes from the top, all of my colleagues are also very positive and supportive. Everyone is competitive but also enjoy to cheer others on when they do well. Work hard play hard is a good way to sub everyone up.

Everyone gets along so well. We hire only the best people and although we all operate very differently (which is why we have been so successful as an organization) we also have similarities that bring up together and that's because we all want to see each other succeed .
