I worked at Lifespan for 6 years. It was a terrible experience. The pay is comparable to working at a fast-food company. Management is overpaid and has no clue how to run a medical facility.

Not enough transparency on promotions. The composition of upper management and C -suite is not representative of the diversity in organization. There are highly intelligent and very qualified people within the system to fill some of these positions yet...it does not happen

Learn alot about taking care of patients

Is not commensurate with all the work I do. My boss knows nothing about my job, became boss because he was favored by leader. The great thing is that they gives me credit for all the work I do for him whereas the leader who appointed this boss (my former boss took the credit

The company will hire anyone but because of the low salary they get the bottom of the barrel and that makes working together difficult
