I worked at Lifespan for 6 years. It was a terrible experience. The pay is comparable to working at a fast-food company. Management is overpaid and has no clue how to run a medical facility.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Terrible, spends more time meeting and talking about how to make things better than implementing those systems. Does not support employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company will hire anyone but because of the low salary they get the bottom of the barrel and that makes working together difficult
