Not much. Oracle has become boring and bureaucratic. GVPs talk abour sports and the New Ngland Patriots. Oracle has always had a bullying cultre and it just isn’t a good place to work.

Very rich company that allows you to wine and dine clients. You will stay at the nicest hotels and everyone around you is sophisticated and an over achiever.

I won't be there for very much longer. This company does not give pay increases so, negotiate well when you get an offer. Good luck!!
