it seems PAC cares little outside of MID. The other sites are an afterthought. Its mostly walking on eggshells. Get in get your work done and get out.

seems to be little to no trust what I do. They do it all and make short term choices not understanding or caring what these choice effect more long term.

The leadership team spends an insurmountable time of micromanaging departments thus creating different expectations. With these different expectations these other teams stop caring and doing what is right to pacify the micromanaging.

Accountability some members of the leadership team don't have a clue to their respective positions, others while another leads by fear or repercussions creating tension among all members of the team.

Most are not part of my team. They all want to succeed despite how they are treated by several of the managers here. and this is me outside looking in as I am not part of their departments

the plant manager needs to change. I've seen him scream and yell at a coworker in front of the entire Management team. HR included and nothing was done. very toxic to be around everyone is scared to speak

the plant manager Since he has stepped in its a veru toxic environment to work with him. always walking on eggshells and he has created a negative narrative towards several employees that don't report to him let alone the ones that do.

what I make now is comparatively less in todays economy than 3 years ago. they is little compensation for that leading several individuals to look elsewhere as significant raises to retain an employee are not done. A yearly 3% raise will not keep a skilled salary employee.

most are on eggshells as the P manager has lashed out against several people and there has been no repercussions. its a joke that this person is "protected" by PAC. the pattern has been shown against several people even in from of HR with No recourse.

Comparable to the average going rate for my position in a company of this size with my experience, I fall in the lower 30%. Nothing has been done to retain me. There is no future here for me. Its only a convenience to stay at PAC while in search of the right opportunity.

People on the floor have been given $7 raise in my time here when they compared local salaries. In a salaried position like mine nothing extra like that. The plant manager has done nothing but degrade me in my position to upper management. its just biding my time until I move on. No reason to stay
