I have had a great opportunity to work with Pac, been here 5 yrs and I love my job. Started out as a packer then a operator now I am a trainer and love it. Seems like the company wants to eliminate jobs and make people work twice as hard and all about numbers and not safety and quality.
To be able to help my team succeed.
We hire all ethnics and the environment is good
We all work hard together and help each other out, we do what it takes to get the job done
Everyone still helps other people out when they need it. People try to stay positive, but management makes that hard.
Great listeners and seem to care but seems like you don't ever hear anything back rather it is good or bad
Right now, I am really not sure, no one is ever on the same page. and constantly changing things per shift.
I am currently doing 2 people's job since one job was eliminated and I have an entire shift to train and day shift still has 2 trainers.
I love my job for the most part, I like being able to walk around on the floor and help people out, rather there a packer or operator.
Communication, treat everyone the same, too much favoritism. I'm on my 5th supervisor in 3 years. No one is ever on the same page. depends on who you ask to what answer you will get.
I now train a whole shift since they done away with packer trainers , same pay not fair. while day shift still has 2 trainers, and I'm expected to get things done on time just like day shift. not fair. Never get recognized for going above my job only if I do wrong.
