Our new president seems to have a clear vision and is executing upon it. He is very open with how he talks to everyone and makes it seem as if everyone's feedback is valued.

I am paid under my market value. I have been offered roles for significantly higher compensation, but have chosen to stay at PAC because I believe it will be the best fit long term; however, the compensation needs to be addressed at some point.
