
I have had experience in many areas of our facility. It is a decent place to work, but it seems like shit continually falls down hill. Supervisors are not held accountable for their lack of leadership.

Learn how to perform their job duties. Be more proactive and less "helpless".
I work hard and have years of experience and knowledge; I should be compensated for such.
Leadership needs held accountable. Too many chiefs and not enough progress. Communication needs to improve immensely.
The people who slack off are protected and the people who bust their butts get the crap end of the stick. Hold everyone to the same standards and the people who are not performing need held accountable.
I would like to be compensated for my skill, time with the company and knowledge, that I am expected to go out of my way and outside of my job description to use, but not be compensated for.
