
for a company that makes hundreds of millions a year, you would think they would compensate the "lower class" employees better so we can feed our families. all about keeping it "standard" but there is nothing standard across the plants. from work tasks, to economy to compensation. We are struggling
The manipulative and narcissistic behavior . listen to the employees that issue real concerns like the reality of employee moral being low and pay being too low to live off in this economy . we dont want $25 gift cards for the holiday that cant even fill a tank of gas or buy a turkey.
we are all struggling and connect on that level. we care for each other. the strongest bond we have is either complaining about pac, trying to help each other through the bad days. motivating each other to look for better and leave , or trying to help us not lose our minds during the work day
more like how should pac improve : 1: treat employees like humans not work animals. 2: stop telling us we are having appreciation days and we dont feel appreciated at the end of it. hot dogs at 7 am are not a win. and a PAC tee shirt is not a gift. its a uniform.
in all my years at pac , and all the visits we had, i have yet to personally even be greeted by an upper exec. too good for us ? my plant manager doesn't even know what my job fully consists of. they are in their own world. Its all a show . too many corrupt company politics in pac.
