nothing. You have some that are mentally abusive. some that are aggressive but stop then self on acting further on it and some that are verbally abusive.

when we went to 8hrs everyone got a compensation for it, and i mean everyone but three of use did not and no one can give us a clear answer why. all i want is the same as everyone else.
