In the beginning I loved it and strives to do the best that I could because our management at the time were our leaders and lead by example. In the last year tho, they moved to different departments & the person hired to replace the head manager, is just a typical boss & not leadership material.

Low pay, rampant favoritism, middle/upper management has massive egos so if you ever disagree, say goodbye to any raises, promotions, or career growth, lots of talk about employee wellness but actions fall short, constantly changing course on B2B plans, disorganized. B2C low pay but more opportunity
