
The company actively solicits and acts on feedback from the employees
Take care of employees and customers. Follow through on promises. Stop letting egos rule. The mission of the company is excellent but the egos of leadership and upper and middle management ruin culture. There is so much untapped talent getting smothered by bad leaders. Dont shun dissent.
Actually follow the company culture and include employees basic needs to it. End micromanaging and also hire better managers.
Respect, acknowledging people when they speak, even if it is just a "good morning."
