Open minded, approachable, student oriented
They work towards a common vision.
everything, especially communication skills also
Paid time off is really good
The health insurance benefits and free tuition.
Yearly review, with compensation discussed
yes, more competitive wages and benefits
Very low compensation, no bonuses or promotion tracks. Benefits are decent but too expensive considering the low base salaries. Leave benefits good but don't kick in until 5 years tenure. Employee wellness benefits is access to an app. Lots of workshops for growth/development for management only
Other call centers start at $15 but we start at $11 and we do a lot more and care more about our students. But management is more concerned about how much we make, rather than how well we help the students.
I possess two masters degrees and am in the lowest educational ranking because of funds.
Peers are smart, hard working, supportive. If the teams rolled directly into c-suite, life would be much better. The people doing the grind are great. Some are lucky to have good leaders but many are not. Teams often dont get credit for their excellent work since manager or director takes to c-suite
They constantly go above and beyond to support our students and each other.
When we aren’t micromanaged, we get things done and we also work together to do so
improvement starts with better executives who care
The company actively solicits and acts on feedback from the employees
Take care of employees and customers. Follow through on promises. Stop letting egos rule. The mission of the company is excellent but the egos of leadership and upper and middle management ruin culture. There is so much untapped talent getting smothered by bad leaders. Dont shun dissent.
Actually follow the company culture and include employees basic needs to it. End micromanaging and also hire better managers.
Respect, acknowledging people when they speak, even if it is just a "good morning."
The multiple levels of interviews gives you a feel for who you’ll be working with and their personalitie
There were two people interviewing and it was relaxed. This was back when I completely shared the companies values.
Satisfactory, better Human Resources policies
Peers are wonderful and supportive. The small group working meetings are the best part of working here. When we can work around leadership red tape and actually serve students and partners, wonderful things happen. Company has a strong and respectable mission and I know I'm making a difference
The students we work with and our teams.
Stop micromanaging & let us do our jobs to help students out to the best of our abilities without constantly worrying about the bottom line. If we enroll 100 students quickly for $1 but then more than 80% cancel what good is that? But if take our time w/ 30 students & they enroll full pay & finish.
The work atmosphere needs to be friendlier. It is a very cold and uninviting place to be.
