Since returning back after the pandemic pret no longer has the same culture that I originally fell in love with.
Woeking at Pret is my worse experience in hospitality. Since Covid it became worse. We are paid less and have to work more. We miss a lot of team members and the company doesn't care really. I'm looking for another field of work not in hospitality anymore. I worked in chains before but Pret is worst
