Overall, the leadership team is good. They sometimes seem a little unprepared for unexpected issues, such as VPN issues and personnel problems.
The entry level position is extremely intense and complicated. They expect you to perform without enough training or pay. In most other areas, the company is good.
There needs to be more support personnel to handle issues. We tend to wait for a long time on the phones while keeping clients waiting. It feels like pressure from both sides.
