Team has a great deal of tenure.

It's a family environment from what I have seen

100% customer focus and the sense of dressing is very professional.

They are all exceptional. they work hard and smart, despite not being properly recognized for their efforts.

They work a lot but once we stop and stand for a second or even try to comverse wuth each other we get put on blast

Just showing compassion for my medical leave of absence. Im wheelchair bound (temporary)

coworkers in the design and tech apparel side need better etiquette on basic professional skills, like how to send a friendly email, basic greeting, politeness, taking time to ask colleagues how they are doing and how to help. coworkers are not happy in their apparel PM or TD roles, it's sad

Be less reactive, less blaming, less time working on covering their sides, basically more collaborative. Most like to not go the extra step
